Are the Flyers a Potential Landing Spot for Pierre-Luc Dubois?

At this point, the Pierre-Luc Dubois rumor mill is in full swing. In last night's game versus the Tampa Bay Lightning, PLD played just four minutes in the first period and was benched in the second and third periods for the Columbus Blue Jackets.

The Winnipeg Jets may have the best package on the table, including winger Patrick Laine and center Jack Roslovic among other assets and picks. Along with Winnipeg, The Flyers were one of the dozen or so teams believed to be inquiring about PLD, but we know it would have to be a pretty hefty offer from Chuck Fletcher.

Being realistic, the Flyers would probably have to offer Sean Couturier and Morgan Frost just to get into the conversation. As we saw last night in Boston, the Flyers are already struggling defensively with the loss of Couturier and Phil Myers so who’s to say it would be in our best interest to trade are #1 center and Selke Trophy winner.

Would you want Dubois in orange and black at that price? Vote in our poll!
