The Flyers have reportedly signed 2017 sixth-round pick Olle Lycksell to an entry-level contract. The contract will begin next season.
The team would have lost their exclusive rights to Lycksell on June 1st, but both sides have come to an agreement for Lycksell to stick around to try to make the club in the seasons to come.
The 21-year-old spent this season with Farjestad of the SHL. He produced 21 points in 46 games this season (and produced 21 points in 51 games last season.
Lycksell has another year left on his deal with Farjestad, so the Flyers could loan him back there for next season to give him more time developing there before a potential move to Lehigh Valley.
