Game 20 Preview: Flyers at Penguins
A flurry of defensive breakdowns and sloppy play overall led to an embarrassing effort in Tuesday's game against the Penguins. The Flyers will need to come out and play strong in their second matchup against Pittsburgh, as the Penguins are nipping at their heels in the standings. Alain Vigneault is looking to create a spark, which is why during his afternoon press conference he said that there will be some moving parts and game-time decisions for his lines. The only certainty is that Brian Elliott will get the call in net. Elliott's 2.03GAA and .931SV% rank much higher this season than the struggling Carter Hart (3.49GAA and .893SV%).
The Flyers will be without Joel Farabee, as he has been placed in COVID-19 protocol.
