Game 21 Preview: Flyers at Penguins
The Flyers are back in action as they get set to play in the rubber match against the Pittsburgh Penguins. After the Penguins embarrassed the Flyers 5-2 in the first game of this three game series, it looked like the same result was going to happen in game two. With the Penguins scoring three goals in the first four minutes of the game, the Flyers appeared to be dead. After a timeout called by Alain Vigneault, the Flyers controlled the game the rest of the way and were able to win 4-3, and most importantly win the game in regulation to prevent the Penguins from getting any points. Vigneault doesn't want to lose the momentum the team built in game two, which is why he is keeping Brian Elliott in net for today's game. Joel Farabee is also able to play in this series finale as he has been taken off of the COVID protocol list.
