Game Against Capitals Postponed as Flyers Deal With COVID Issues

The Flyers-Capitals game initially scheduled to take place at 6PM this evening has been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols.

Travis Sanheim was initially the only player on the COVID protocol list, but TSN's Darren Dreger reported that there was one additional positive test late last night.

Right after the Flyers finished their mini-series against the New Jersey Devils on January 28th the Devils started to experience a flurry of COVID issues, so there's a possibility the Flyers have played a few games after they were initially exposed to the virus. The upcoming games against the Devils have also been postponed since the Devils have 16 players in COVID protocols.

The dates and times these games will be rescheduled will be announced at a later time.
